Staying here for an overnight stay was pleasant, totally recommendable. I loved staff and location.

Staff were brilliant and setting is in 25 minutes' walk to the downtown. Position was nearby an underground station. They served a tasty English breakfast. I could park the car onsite.

Accommodation was truly exceptional and exceptionally clean, rooms were beautiful. The bed was comfortable and it was great having iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk. The staff here was absolutely brilliant - exceptional service & great communication. Easy check in and very good check out. There were fast internet and good parking available.

Well-designed hotel, staff always sweet. My suite was silent, immaculate. I visited spy bar & lounge close to the venue for a few drinks. Great value and location was pleasant.

Panoramic room, great value. An upgraded place, we appreciated its cute location. Generous continental breakfast with pastries and cheese. The efficient service and attention to detail from so efficient staff. An astonishing beach, magic view.

Cosy restaurant, hard-working staff, prime position. Communal bathroom is luxury.

Gorgeous design, VERY COURTEOUS staff, historic location. There was plenty of yummy meals. Efficient check-in, easy check-out. Fine beers and coffee in the snack bar, perfect parking place.

Outstanding meals, exceptionally comfortable beds, charming stuff. I got free upgrade and liked it. Very quick check-in & high quality service. You could walk to shops and supermarket.

Breakfast was nice, entire staff was pleasant! Perfectly located in a busy area. Enjoyed on-site restaurant Billabong Bistro. We were upgraded to a family room when we arrived.

It was very clean, with perfect staff and rooms. Bed was extra comfy. They offered extra pillows too. The food was good and we loved it.

Our room was gorgeous, awesome service. Breakfast was free of charge - a good choice of dishes. The great north museum was located in the neighbourhood of the hotel. All in all an enjoyable experience.

The staff were as usual useful. We appreciated breakfast and location, everything necessary for a holiday was provided. Easy access to jesmond dene and other tourist spots. 100 metres away from the hotel there is Osbornes, which is a good dining choice: )
