Staff were brilliant and setting is in 25 minutes' walk to the downtown. Position was nearby an underground station. They served a tasty English breakfast. I could park the car onsite.

Accommodation was truly exceptional and exceptionally clean, rooms were beautiful. The bed was comfortable and it was great having iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk. The staff here was absolutely brilliant - exceptional service & great communication. Easy check in and very good check out. There were fast internet and good parking available.

Well-designed hotel, staff always sweet. My suite was silent, immaculate. I visited spy bar & lounge close to the venue for a few drinks. Great value and location was pleasant.
Pity, but the beds were squeaky, and views were not so nice.

The staff were as usual useful. We appreciated breakfast and location, everything necessary for a holiday was provided. Easy access to jesmond dene and other tourist spots. 100 metres away from the hotel there is Osbornes, which is a good dining choice: )
